Select the products you’d like and add them to your order.
Continue to the order form and fill out event details. (no charge)
Submit your order.
2.
Confirmation & Payment Invoice
Once your submission is recieved we will send you a payment invoice via email 🌸
Once your payment is received, your date will officially be reserved!
Floral care and detailed instructions will be provided.
3.
Send Us Your Flowers!
FDV will reach out the week of your event with the shipping address or drop-off address & availability. Once your flowers are received, FDV will dry them for up to 12 weeks. Local drop off in Staten Island, NY or Freehold, NJ
4.
Design & Production
Production Timeline
Orders are created in chronological order based on drop-off date. Please allow several weeks to receive your design preview — typically 1–2 months before your piece enters production.
If you ordered add-on items only, your next update will be regarding pick-up availability or shipping details.
You will not receive updates prior to this stage, but you are always welcome to email us with any questions about your pending order.
Turnaround Time for Completed Orders
We do everything in our power to return your pieces as soon as possible. However, this is a meticulous, handcrafted process that cannot be rushed, which is why we do not provide estimated completion dates.
Completed orders typically take 6–9 months to finish.
This timeframe reflects when your order will be completed in our studio. Shipping or pick-up may occur shortly afterward.

5.
Receive your completed order
If you selected shipping, you will receive a tracking email directly from USPS once your order has shipped.
If you selected local pick-up, you will receive an email with pick-up availability details when your order is ready.
