1. Place your order
Add the products you want your flowers preserved in, to your order. Continue through and fill out your event details. (No charge until after you submit your order.)
2. Reserve your date with payment
Once your order is received, a separate payment invoice will be emailed to you along with floral care and drop-off or shipping instructions.
Your date will be officially reserved once your payment is received.
Reserve your date with a $150 deposit when booking 30+ days before your event. You can finalize and edit the items in your order up until the week of your wedding.
3. Sending Your Flowers
I will reach out the week of your event with the shipping or drop-off address & availability.
Local drop off in Staten Island, NY or Freehold, NJ
Once your flowers are received, they will be dried for up to 4-10 weeks.
4. Design & Production
Orders are created from drop-off date. Please allow several weeks to receive your design preview — typically 1–2 months before your piece enters production.
Orders receive a FREE design preview (not add-on items only orders); approval is not awaited on unless you add & pay the design fee in the product section.
You will not receive updates prior to the design stage, but you are always welcome to email us with any questions about your pending order.
If you ordered add-on items only, your next update will be regarding pick-up availability or shipping details.
5. Receive your completed order
This preservation process is meticulous and cannot be rushed, which is why we do not provide estimated completion dates.
Completed orders typically take 6–9 months to complete in our studio ( 7 months is the sweet spot!)
Your flowers are being transformed into timeless pieces you’ll cherish forever.
If you selected shipping, you will receive a tracking email directly from USPS once your order has shipped.
If you selected local pick-up, you will receive an email with pick-up availability details when your order is ready.
If you ordered add-on items only, your next update will be regarding pick-up availability or shipping details.
