Prior to finalizing you order, you have reviewed all your ring details, including ring sizing, ensuring its accuracy and the care guides listed to ensure your ring stays in its best form.

 

 

• Customer agrees to the following liabilities: 1)must make sure that items are shipped by a reliable carrier service. 2)Customer provided correct shipping address. Changes in address/incorrect shipping info will result in reshipping, customer will be subject to pay for shipping if this occurs. It is NOT FDV's responsibility to regain possession of package sent to incorrect address. 3) Customer understands to handle jewelry with the utmost care. 4) Refrain from wearing your jewelry during activities such as showering, bathing, washing hands, doing dishes, exercising, sunbathing, swimming, or sleeping to prevent damage. 5)Avoid exposing jewelry to chemicals like lotion, perfume, hairspray, laundry or dish soap, as well as extreme temperatures, humidity, prolonged UV light, or essential oils, as these can cause discoloration. 6) refrain from storing your jewelry in direct sunlight or humid environments like bathrooms. 7) Flowers /items can change color once placed into resin. Clear pregnancy caps can turn transparent with a hue. 8) Any part of your pregnancy cap will be returned with your item. If you would like any other personal items returned that were given, this must be noted by the day your items are received by FDV. 9)Customer understands if they do not pay for shipping insurance for whole order amount, it will not covered in the instance that a package gets lost / damaged during shipping. 10) Customer agrees that if product get damaged or lost in shipment, this is a risk that you are taking as the client. In a very rare case that an item is lost during shipping customer can put a missing package & insurance claim in with USPS as this is not FDV's responsibility as FDV does not have any control at USPS. 11) If customer does not pay for insurance on shipping customer understands FDV is not responsible for returning any funds to customer if package gets lost. 12) Orders can take up to 18 weeks to complete, specific ETA will not be provided. 13)it is the customers responsibility to provide accurate email which FDV will send designs and updates. Failure to update your email will result in missed emails which is not FDVs responsibility. 14) Designs are never created for jewelry, it is up to FDVs descretion.
